Why DATTCO
- $23-29.55/hour. DATTCO has and will continue to offer consistent and competitive raises each year, as it has for over 20 consecutive years.
- Seniority for years of service, route bidding and rates of pay will be honored for all drivers hired by August 15, 2024.
- Drivers hired prior to August 15, 2024 will have superseniority to retain their current route (if desired).
- Longevity bonuses for drivers with 10+ years’ seniority.
- Guaranteed AM and PM run hours.
- Drivers will be paid Home to School rates for all driving duties, other than shuttling empty vehicles.
- Paid at least 2 hours for cancelled charter trips.
